How to Order E Patterns
Ordering E patterns (digital goods) is a fast and easy way to get the patterns you want without having to wait for them to be sent to you!
There are a few things that you need to know in order to purchase the e patterns.
At this time...not all of our patterns have been converted to .pdf files, digital goods. Many are in the process of this change...and we will be adding them as soon as we can.
You can order e patterns in 2 ways. Through INSTANT download or through regular email. If you are using the INSTANT download to purchase the e patterns, you must, at check out option, CHOOSE the option of INSTANT DOWNLOAD payment, which will direct you to PAYPAL for payment.
at paypal, after checkout, YOU MUST click on the RETURN TO MERCHANT link in order to complete the process.
Once payment is recieved through paypal, you will then have 2 options to pick up the download link to get your pattern. If you do not wish to use the INSTANT Download feature, you can purchase the e patterns the old fashioned way, through regular check out, and we will send you the pattern via email when we receive your order.
Paypal Payment orders via the INSTANT download option will be sent IMMEDIATELY after paypal payment is recieved.
If sending payment via paypal, you MUST make sure you have a shipping address on file when checking out using paypal.
Option #1 to receive your digital goods
Check your email.
After payment is received, you will receive a notification via email that your order was recieved and another email that contains the download link to your e patterns.
IF you do not receive the email, or you encounter an error message after you have made PAYPAL payment, (the return server time from paypal sometimes times out, causing our shopping cart to state your payment gateway FAILED, when it did not.....if you MADE your paypal payment successfully, you MUST use OPTION #2 to receive your download!
Option #2 to receive your digital goods
Return to our website and login to your account.
Click on the link for Order History and find the order you just placed.(see screen shots below)
Scroll down in the order and you will see a {Download Link}(see screen shot below)
